Am I Covered Under the Amnesty Policy After Cancelling My Non-B Visa?

May I ask one more time, because my last post had closed for commenting.

About amnesty. I went to CW and called them as well, about the 2nd step for amnesty as you advised.

Officers didn't stamp my passport. After that, an officer pointed at paper with new regulations.

I cancelled my non B and had got an extension for 28 days (ex. 5 May)

I'm not sure , if I am covered with amnesty policy. And should I insist on receiving a new stamp for no matter number of the days, I will be given ? Thank you, in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about their eligibility for the amnesty policy after cancelling their Non-B visa and receiving a 28-day extension. They noted that immigration officers did not stamp their passport and were unclear about whether they should request a new stamp to confirm their status under the amnesty policy. Respondents indicated that the user should be covered until July 31 without needing to return to the immigration office.

The good news is that you are covered to July 31 without need to return to the Thai Immigration office.

Take care...

okay so you were on an extension of stay based on employment right?

You canceled that and got a letter from your embassy and applied for the "unable to travel due to covid-19" extension and got an "under consideration" stamp AND you went back on that exact day and they wouldn't give you the regular "extension of stay" stamp?
