Hi, i will leave my job on December 27, I wonder if it’s ok not to go and cancel the work permit and work visa? Would that cause problems for me ? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about whether they can leave Thailand without canceling their work permit and work visa after resigning from their job. Commenters advise that failing to cancel these officially could lead to future problems. They recommend that the user visits the Ministry of Labor to cancel their work permit and then goes to the immigration office to have their extension cancelled before leaving the country.
, then you don't have ANY visa, you have an extension of stay (look at the stamp IN your passport, that's what it says) AND yes whether you are the owner of the business or not the extension is in your passport and the work permit is in your name; you need to cancel them before you go..
We're just going in circles. I told you how to do it officially, you are trying to find a way out of it, AND there is none.
The way out is to follow the rules, cancel the work permit and your extension THEN leave the country
You should have done this a few weeks ago. You could have taken your termination of employment paperwork from your employer to the Ministry of Labor, canceled your work permit, then taken them to the immigration office and they would have canceled your extension and stamped you with a new stamp until the 27th.
Now whether you will or won't have a problem, that is something I cannot tell you.
It is your extension in your passport and your name on the work permit.
