, then you don't have ANY visa, you have an extension of stay (look at the stamp IN your passport, that's what it says) AND yes whether you are the owner of the business or not the extension is in your passport and the work permit is in your name; you need to cancel them before you go..

We're just going in circles. I told you how to do it officially, you are trying to find a way out of it, AND there is none.

The way out is to follow the rules, cancel the work permit and your extension THEN leave the country

You should have done this a few weeks ago. You could have taken your termination of employment paperwork from your employer to the Ministry of Labor, canceled your work permit, then taken them to the immigration office and they would have canceled your extension and stamped you with a new stamp until the 27th.

Now whether you will or won't have a problem, that is something I cannot tell you.

It is your extension in your passport and your name on the work permit.

Yep, it could very well cause you a problem, You read in the other post how you cancel your work permit, then your extension THEN leave the country.

Failing to cancel it correctly could cause you problems down the road.

I would say only if you're leaving never to come back to work again, would I not cancel those things BEFORE you left.
