What should I do if I see the 'override' screen when trying to file a TM30 online in Thailand?

Anyone else getting this "override" screen when they log in to the online TM30 to file one on someone?

Just curious, never saw that pop up screen before and if you say override it you can't file a TM30 (or that's what it seems like to me)

Just got back and when I tried to do my TM30 the address didn't show up in the ''Add'' screen. Admins pointed me to this post. I tried to add the address again but they said it was duplicate information. Deleted it. Added again. I was then able to proceed without further issue. Welcome back to Thailand šŸ˜ƒ To note, I also got the override message when logging in. Thanks for the help.

I think you got that override message because you didn't LOG OUT on a previous session, but maybe not..

Anyway, make sure you EXPORT the data after you enter/save it and print out that TM30 receipt that is now the official receipt and one last thing remember you cannot access previously filed TM30 data after 7 days

Does anybody know if there is a menu to switch between ā€˜registerā€™ a client and ā€˜searchā€™? Also how does one print the entire page of a registration, I donā€™t manage, not even as PDF ā€¦

Yes the immigration system reporting is always hang, not available, change without a notification. I guess this is why they still canā€™t implement full digitalization submission for all their paperwork. Want to boost tourism and generate more investment but relevant agencies are not ready. I hope they can truly looking into this. Importance is simplify it, go full digital and make more for mobile APPS submission available.

I messed with it for about good while, with different browsers, but no matter what I did it would not allow me to pick the previously approved address, šŸ™

seeing as this system allows you to have multiple addresses on one account, I added the address in again (exactly the same uploads, info etc) šŸ˜®

Once it gave me TWO choices to choose from there was no issue selecting the address filing the TM30, exiting the system, searching for it and taking a screen grab of the info and printing it for proof of having filed. (y)

Sure was a run around. BUT got it done

Clean up cookies in your browser before start another session. Or even better, try it in a PRIVATE WINDOW on your browser.

Yes I had that too when I logged back in to check the status of my report which was still marked as informed after having pressed the buttonā€¦I hope all is good

Happened to me the other and kept logging me out I was thinking maybe there was to much traffic

For me, when I am logged in, sometimes the system hangs, so I 'X' out of it and then attempt to sign back in again. That is when I get that message. But I don't seem to get the message if I wait more than 15 or so minutes to log back in. Regardless, if I see the message then I will click 'ok' to override.

Usually, you just need to press OK. This usually happens at night, so I think at this time the system is down.

I had a similar issue. I couldn't register my tenant a few days ago, I had to delete the registered address and add it up again, then it's worked.

I did but then couldn't select the approved address to add a person on it into the TM30 system

that pop up appears when you or someone else is already logged in in another session, usually itā€™s because you closed the windows without login out last time, stupid thingā€¦

they added gender fields you need to complete on the profile page and each of the address pages, once you updated those it will work
