This is the same situation that I am in, currently on amnesty, my 60 day extension (visit family) expired 24 May. Therefore, is it right what I read, that I could also apply for extension based on my kids, I will have 400K deposited in my bank within 10 days.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user on amnesty in Thailand, who has a 60-day family visit extension that expired on May 24, inquired about applying for an extension based on having Thai children and meeting the financial requirement. Comments clarify that it is not possible to apply for an in-country 90-day Non-O visa while on amnesty, irrespective of marital or parental status.

Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

Sadly you can't apply for an in country 90 day Non-O visa from amnesty. :( Doesn't matter if you're doing it based on marriage or based on having half thai children.
You needed to do that when you had about 2 weeks left on your 60 day visit thai family stamp.
At this point, you can only wait until they announce what amnesty holders need to do when amnesty runs out and then do that.
