Can I Apply for a Non-O Visa Extension While on Amnesty in Thailand?

Sorry to have pulled your comments from the other thread BUT your situation was NOT the same as the O/P in that thread ...

Sadly you can't apply for an in country 90 day Non-O visa from amnesty. :( Doesn't matter if you're doing it based on marriage or based on having half thai children.

You needed to do that when you had about 2 weeks left on your 60 day visit thai family stamp.

At this point, you can only wait until they announce what amnesty holders need to do when amnesty runs out and then do that.

You are married to a thai & have half thai children too and want to get a 90 day Non-O visa then apply for the yearly extension RIGHT?

You entered on a 30 day visa exempt entry, you got a 60 day visit thai family extension which ran out on May 24th and now you're on amnesty
