When Should I Apply for a Yearly Extension on My Non-O Visa Based on Marriage?

Hi Tod, on my Non-O based on marriage visa my 'hop' is due 15th May. My visa runs out 15 June. I WANT to apply for the yearly extension. (i have money in bank / salary ) would i be best applying now or waiting till after the 15th May (or even waiting until early june?)

If you have the 400K baht in the bank account in your name only for 2 months already GO apply for the yearly extension NOW.

Certainly do it before your current entry stamp expires. I wouldn't even fool with the "amnesty plan" in your situation. Just meet the requirements and file for the year extension
