After your visit to the Ministry of Labor to cancel YOUR work permit, you walk into the Immigration Office to cancel your Extension of Stay.

You can directly apply for a new Extension of Stay, if you can not meet any of the requirements you will get Not approved and 7 days to leave the country.

Waiting for a visa for another country is no legit reason to apply for an Extension of Stay.

You have to cancel your work permit and take the documents to the Immigration Office to cancel your Extension of Stay based on being employed.

You can try to apply for a new Extension of Stay based on being unable to travel, if not approved you wil get a new stamp: application not approved and 7 days to leave the country. Land borders are open, I guess it is possible to leave within 7 days.

There is no limit as your visa is Multiple entry, each and every entry made before the valid until date gives you 90 days of stay.

Just as tip: Make a border run just before the valid until date to have 90 day stay, so you utilize the visa till the max.

Not sure what rules you like to know, but you print out the visa, show on request at check in, show at Immigration at airport in Thailand. You will get a admitted until stamp with a period of 90 days and just before the last day you leave the country and come back for another 90 days, You can do this until the valid until date mentioned on the visa.

That is how the new E-Visa works, you apply and get the visa by e-mail.

Print it out to show on check in and at Immigration to enter Thailand.

Once in Thailand, pick up your work permit and you can go working, good luck.

To clear this up. In the picture question nr 10 which you get when you apply for the Non Immigrant O visa. It clearly states: " for Coronavirus Disease(COVID-19)"

I understand it is very confusing and it seems that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not update the questionnaire attached to the visa applications.

I would suggest, copy and past the pop up, or picture or the way you are more knowledgeable to use computers, and put the pop up as answer of this question.

I hope we will see an update of the website soon OR please share us your experience in answers after application. THANKS

Always nice to hear a positive post, thanks and good luck. Safe travels.

I understand, this pop up is before you log in and try to apply for a visa.

Print this out and upload it as asked proof or a piece of paper with text, Not needed from 1 July 2022.
