I have no idea what this has to do with health insurance and the difference between a O-A visa and O visa based on being over 50 years of age, so make a new topic for it

[Tod Daniels]([members only]) can you get the Non O from Chiang Mai immigration if you want to do a Marriage visa and use that visa to hold the 400k for 2 months???

Yes, if you have a valid Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist visa entry with at least 21 days of stay left on it, you can apply for the

Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage with a Thai National

and 60 days later your can apply for

1 year Extension of Stay based on being married with a Thai National.
