I read the post of Tod about the requirements of Extension of Stay and went to look at those 3 documents.
Thanks for putting them in the files section, but I found this part really important for all our members.
So many times I read that people with an Extension of Stay want to leave Thailand for an other Visa because they changed jobs, school or want to have another Visa.
Be aware that this Extension of Stay must be terminated on the day things change, you signed this document, maybe even without reading it or quickly looking at it, in front of the officer.
This is the English part of that document:

I'm currently on my last extension of stay based on education. I would like to change my extension stay to be based on age over 50. Do I need to bring some sort of a termination letter from my school?
You would need a letter from your school stating you are stopping studying on xyz date. You take that to the immigration office cancel your extension based on studying and immediately apply for a new yearly extension based on being over 50 (retirement) by meeting the financial requirements and providing the correct documentation.
Honestly, most people are so stupefied at the entire process of getting a yearly extension they just blindly sign anything the officer puts in front of them. :O
I'm sure most people signed this form and the others too but had no idea what they were signing.
