Im on a 12month ext of stay based on my retirement visa. Is it just the current 12 month extension of stay visa that needs to be transferred, or the Non Immigrant O and all the previous ext of stays?
My DTV visa was approved but my passport is almost full. I know it’s just a printed piece of paper but what happens when I get a new passport and passport number?

If i get a 5 year SP visa and it needs to get transferred to the new passport, will I encounter problems with immigration and proof of enrollment in a course ?
Hi, has anyone else on a dtv lost their passport and had the embassy transfer over the visa to their new passport? My DTV was issued in London so I think my first step should be to contact them, any advice from anyone who's been in a similar situation please?
Edit: To be clear I lost my passport outside of Thailand and I'll want to re-enter on a brand new one, not in possession of the old passport only a photocopy of the data page.
My passport, which has my DTV linked to it, has a minor tear on the first page right after the bio-data section. This happened when airport staff flipped through the pages roughly. I was able to enter without issue, but I’m concerned the tear might worsen.
If I renew my passport and have the new one sent to Thailand, will I need to apply for a brand-new DTV from the start? Or can I continue to use the old, slightly damaged passport together with the new one until my current DTV expires? I’m aware the visa is tied to the old passport number, which won’t match the reissued passport.
