Benjamin Hays]([members only]) A "dual passport" does not exist. She can get both a Thai passport and a foreign passport. However, passports are not visa advice, and I expect this post to be deleted soon.

For foreign passports, contact the embassy of your country for the instructions.[2]([members only]#)路 [Reply

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about obtaining a dual passport for his daughter with a Thai partner. In response, it was clarified that a 'dual passport' does not exist, but the child can hold both a Thai passport and a foreign passport. For foreign passports, it's advised to contact the embassy of the respective country for guidance. It was also suggested that to facilitate travel, one could strategically use both passports when entering and exiting different countries.

As she has a Thai mother she can have the Thai passport and a passport of your nationality. For travel and avoid visa:

Leave Thailand by air using the Thai Passport

Arrive other country with use passport your nationality

leave other country by air use passport your nationality

Arrive Thailand use Thai passport.

Good luck.
