This is something to think about:

History of Tourist Visa and Visa Exempt, went back to her home country, South Africa, with her nephew also living in Thailand with his mom.

Came back with a new ED visa, the 13 year old boy without a visa.

The mother is called by Immigration to pick up the boy at the airport, he got a 30 day Visa Exempt Entry.

His ant with the new ED Visa coming straight in from S/A is

refused entry.

We might get update later, mom just told me in PM and is now on the way to the airport to pick up her son.

EDIT: I don't know her exact history, I do not know any details. I will have contact with the mother of the 13 year old boy later or tomorrow.

I just shared it because I many times read, if get questioned by Immigration just get an ED Visa and it will work. The mother is called by Immigration, that her sister is denied Entry, and has to come to pick up her son. So I understand this is not a troll message and yes I told her go go go, pick up the boy, that is the most important now. Thanks.
