What are the requirements and process for obtaining a DTV visa as a business owner in Thailand?
Just got my dtv visa approved yay. Place of issue Vientiane, in 2 working days, submitted on Friday. Documents required for workation for business owner (I'm Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 passport holder):
Contract (with remotely facilitate etc highlighted).
Passport original and copy,
2 photos,
Laos sticker visa copy and copy of passport page with Laos border crossing stamp.
10 000 thb fee
I have printed out my Kazakhstani company bank statements with 14k usd (3 months), but embassy employee asked statements from personal card or any with my name (not company).
As additional documents I provided company registration translated to eng (not notarized) and company license scan just in case.
The only issue is getting online appointment booking, available from aug 29 :) no walk in.

Question: Did you need to submit a stamped/certified bank statement? I plan to apply for DTV from Laos, but I only have the electronic bank statement from my internet banking. Will they accept this printed electronic statement, or do I need to get this statement stamped and certified from my bank in my home country?

Thank you for sharing your experience! I have a stupid question. Which type of visa in the visa application form you selected when applying for DTV visa? (Diplomatic Visa/Official Visa/Courtesy Visa/Non-Immigrant Visa/Tourist Visa/Transit Visa/SMART Visa) Since there is no a DTV type. And what you wrote in the field "Number of Entries Requested": M or MULTI or something else?

yes, you do. They will need:1) the contract with (one of) your client(s). If you don't have a contract, just google a standard contract form and fill it in.
2) may also ask your CV with employment history
3) may also ask for your portfolio

I'm the only owner, not sure about shareholders. I have printed out invoices and marked incoming amounts in company account statement, but they just returned it all. For all statements 500 000 thb amount required

entered by air and left by land. For visa I recommend to pay in usd. I got cash (local kip), and instead of 40 they charged me 55usd in kip 1.1mlnLeslie *******
