I wonder if this is true of Thai Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia as well, as I’m hopefully applying for my Education Visa there tomorrow.

Thank you Robert. Yes my school translated their Facebook and as of yesterday, I only need a medical certificate if I’m from one of the Disease-Ridden Zones. Same request that Penang is asking for.
