What was I thinking, we can use this as information in stead of asking the same questions over and over.
Yep, but the OP's seems not to like their questions and answers are used to others to learn and get information.
So I will make my own post and add it to the popular topic section.
My question is: Is this still correct, as it seems just a few copies:
Application for the 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on Marriage to a Thai Citizen at Savannakhet:
Copy marriage certificate front@back, one side signed by both
Original marriage certificate just to show
ID front and back of Thai citizen, signed by her
Housebook first page and name page, signed by her
ID page my passport signed by myself.
Get application form there and make copy of new Laos Visa and Entry stamp and sign these.
2 passport pictures for the application
Fee 5.000 Thb.
I hope that is enough, but I guess you guys will tell me that I'm wrong soon.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post outlines the requirements for applying for a 1-Year Multiple Entry Non-Immigrant O Visa in Savannakhet based on marriage to a Thai citizen. Required documents include copies of the marriage certificate, ID cards, house book, a completed application form, passport photos, and a fee of 5,000 THB. The comments provide additional tips such as avoiding busy days at the visa office and the necessity of obtaining a Laos visa on arrival.
Thanks, the plan is go tomorrow morning, arrive late afternoon, visit Wednesday morning the Consulate, pick up Thursday afternoon and travel back on Friday. I do it relax, I have the time
Also, avoid Monday and Thursday as the visa run companies are now frequenting Savannakhet and the fellow across the road will supply a form, fill it in, glue the photos on, check and staple the paperwork together and tell you if it’s all correct. Only 100 baht and speaks fluent English.
BTW, I was there a couple of weeks ago, copy of Laos visa was not required.
NIce to know that a guy accross the road is going to check and tell me if all documents are there. Maybe I like to know tonight before I leave home, where a copy machine is standing by to make more copies if needed. Saves me 10 hours travel to hear, Sorry sir, you need and than 10 hours back home.
