TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on when to apply for a visa extension, specifically how many days before the expiration of their 90-day Non-O Multiple Entry visa based on marriage to a Thai national. Other comments provide answers, suggesting that the user should apply during the last 30 days of their stay to extend for an additional 60 days.

You can apply for the 60 day Extension of Stay to visit your family, and you can do that during the last 30 days of your stay
