For those man, who are married with a Thai lady and make visits to the Savannakhet Thai Consulate be aware that:
The name of your missus is the same on:
Copy ID card front and back
Copy Tabian Baan, blue house book
Copy Marriage Certificate.
If you missus decided somewhere in time to change her maiden name and use your name, you need to show the Thai Consulate that the name change is done officially.
OR
With a copy of the last page of the blue Tabian Baan, where the name change is registered,
OR
The certificate that shows an official family name change
Savannakhet is checking the names since early Jan 2020, Immigration in Thailand did this much longer.
Thanks all

TLDR : Answer Summary
This post provides essential information for expatriates married to Thai women regarding the name verification process at the Savannakhet Thai Consulate. It highlights the importance of ensuring that the name on key documents such as the ID card, Tabian Baan, and marriage certificate matches. If a name change has occurred, official documentation must be provided, such as a copy of the last page of the blue Tabian Baan or a certificate showing the name change. Community comments share additional experiences and clarify the need for original versus copied documents.
Note ... In our case, in Chiang Mai, change from Miss to Misses and change from maiden surname to husband's surname were two different sets of documents.
