This is a new one to me:

15 Dec 2017 applied for Extension of Stay based on marriage. Handed over all the needed copies and got the 1 month under consideration stamp till 7 Feb 2018.

18:35 tonight a phone call from an Immigration Officer working for Krabi Immigration, we do not have copy of your passport and visa and Extensions from the last years, can you please send by line to us.

I just send all pages, ID page, Visa Page, entry stamp, TM6, Extension of Stay till 2016, 2017 and under consideration till 7 Feb 2018.

It is Friday night, Immigration is closed, as well as tomorrow and after tomorrow. So 5 Feb is the first day to contact them, it will be a close call if they need copies again.

I asked if I have to come with new copies on Monday but no answer.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post details the experience of an individual applying for an extension of stay based on marriage in Thailand. After applying on December 15, 2017, the applicant received a one-month under-consideration stamp until February 7, 2018. They were contacted by Krabi Immigration for missing passport copies and faced delays due to the immigration office's closure during a weekend. The author provided feedback on the process, noting that immigration offices can take longer than expected for approvals. Several comments from the community addressed their own experiences with visa processing times, suggesting tips and expressing empathy.

Update: I called monday 5 Feb, directly I hear I have to come over to show passport because I did not show it and did not gave copies on 22 Dec. I copied all pages, including the Under Consideration Stamp signed by the same Officer, the TM 6 card, Notification of Residence and 90 day report both dated 22 Dec. I went in and it was a full house in Krabi, the Officer came to me, took the copies, looked at it, went back to his desk and copied them again to send to HQ. You can wait for answer he said, I asked it is busy, how long I wait. I have no idea, better you come back day number 7. So I went again this morning, My visa is not ready, maybe tomorrow, you can leave passport here I make all ready, you just call to pick up. I agreed with that and left the building without a Visa and passport in the hands of an Officer who just lost all my copies. Now hoping it will all work out okay, or soon I have to apply for new passport.

It is not uncommon for some immigration offices to take longer than the 30 day under consideration stamp to get your approval. I know someone up country where the immigration office took 45 days to get it. They just told him not to worry and then called him to come get the extension stamped into his passport.
