Thank you for the explanation how to change VISA Non Immigrate O-A to O!
But one question.
When I come in for example with 30 days Tourist visa, <<why I have to make first a Non Immigrate O 90 days (over 50 (retirement)), before I make a "extension" 1 year?>>

TLDR : Answer Summary
Juan Carlos is seeking clarification on the necessity of obtaining a Non-Immigrant O visa before applying for a one-year extension, specifically after entering Thailand with a 30-day Tourist visa. The comments highlight that it is easier to apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa before arrival or immediately after entering Thailand, as it is a requirement for obtaining a longer extension.

Why would you not apply for the Non Immigrant O visa before you make you way into Thailand and get 90 days of stay.
More easy then get 30 days on entry and have to arrange many things to apply for this visa at your local Immigration Office, if they are authorized to accept this application, within 9 days after arrival
