TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Visa Advice group is designed specifically for questions related to visas and extensions for staying in Thailand. Questions regarding travel logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and personal travel recommendations, are deemed off-topic and will lead to comment closures or deletions. Members are encouraged to consult travel agencies or perform their own searches for non-visa related inquiries.

I close the commenting on my own topic. If you're topic get closed read the comments for the answer to your question and the reason why it is closed in the last comment.

What if I am on a bus that goes near a Thai border crossing and I have to go to the bathroom really really really really bad.

I have no problem closing topics that are not thai visa related.

You don't wanna ask about visa or extension related questions go to another group.

This group serves one purpose, and that's to provide accurate and timely information about visas and extensions of stays to thailand.

It is not how to travel from point A to point B to get a visa, it is not how to scam the system and get more visas, it is not how to come up with b/s documentation to beat the requirements.

This group is about visa advice. You want advice for something other than visas and extensions this is the wrong group to ask on.

Try the Everything Bangkok or Stupid Questions Chiang Mai f b groups instead.

And this was the other topic, which I closed after 3 answers where given: If the bus leaves from noghkhai at 7pm, how much time should I leave to go from the Thai embassy at Vientiane back to the border and to go thru the border to Thailand? I should add I also have an injury, and I am moving slower than normal. You asked travel advice to go back into Thailand with a new visa in your passport.

But I just try to point out that this statement: "And I’d also like to add that you are closing comments before answers are even given. " is incorrect. You can accuse me but I check. Have a good time and hope you recover quickly from your health conditions.

Sorry to hear about your health condition, but if that is a problem to travel, ask your medic for a letter and you can apply for an Extension of Stay based on medical reasons at your local Immigration Office.

Just to give some extra thoughts. This page is for Visa Advice. I understand that you need a good breakfast and a taxi from your recommended hotel to the consulate to apply for the visa. I do not close commenting without some people did give directions. Information about how to get in Vientianne by bus or plane is discussed more than 10 times, use the search option to find this. We are here to help members, if we allow all travel advice and more we will see so many posts that we can miss the posts that really matters when people have problems or questions about their visa or Extension of Stay application.
