How is the visa application process at the Thailand Trade and Economic Office in Taipei changing?
It is not the most used office to get a visa for Thailand.
But i see regular questions passing on this page:

It'll be a lot more difficult for to get a Thai visa for people from Taiwan, probably in favor of China mainland

When I used this office to get my Non OA a few years ago it was packed with people and agents getting visas. It was walk in service at that time. Most of the people were Taiwanese getting tourist visas.

I ask because as a rule you get an O-A visa from the thai consulate in the country your passport comes from
