TLDR : Answer Summary
Gururaj Naik, an Indian from Bangalore, seeks guidance on obtaining a one-year visa in Thailand and subsequently a marriage visa. The discussion suggests starting with a tourist visa if traveling soon and that the one-year visa is available primarily if one meets specific requirements, such as being married to a Thai citizen or being over 50 years old. Community members recommend contacting the necessary embassy for detailed procedures, particularly regarding marriage in Thailand and acquiring the appropriate visa.

Procedure to get married depends on the Amphur where you like to get married and on the requirements set by your Embassy in Bangkok to get the needed documents. Best is to contact them first.
I am travelling in December again what should I do ? Go as a tourist visa ? And after geting govt job in India make marriage visa to Thai or India ....or else start EXIM business make MARRIAGE VISA ??
If you get the job in India, it stays almost the same. No 1 year Visa if not married to Thai National or under 50 years of age. You can than only visit as tourist.
I prefer to communicate in the group as the information could be helpful to others. I understand you "need" (like to have) a 1 year Visa, but the 1 year VIsa is only given if you can meet the requirements. As you're writing you have a girlfriend you can not get a Visa based on Marriage, If you younger than 50 years of age, you also do not qualify for this Visa. If you want to start up an Import/Export company, you come to Thailand on a Tourist Visa, set up the company and your Thai Partners in this company will help you to apply for the Work Permit and Non Immigrant B visa.
