How can I obtain a one-year visa followed by a marriage visa in Thailand as an Indian national?

Procedure to get married depends on the Amphur where you like to get married and on the requirements set by your Embassy in Bangkok to get the needed documents. Best is to contact them first.

If you get the job in India, it stays almost the same. No 1 year Visa if not married to Thai National or under 50 years of age. You can than only visit as tourist.
