TLDR : Answer Summary
Kerasi Cherry is concerned about the consequences of not reporting her re-entry into Thailand within 24 hours and also about how to handle her new address during her upcoming 90-day report for her education visa (Ed visa). A comment suggests that if she changes her address and does not report it, she could face a fine of up to 2,000 THB, depending on the immigration office.
