I did my first 90 day report online.

A success, more than a week on pending. So I called the Immigration Office in Khon Kaen. No problem sir, you can visit us on Monday, the due date. Yes I understand but I did the on-line already and it is still pending. Ohhh, but better you come to visit us. I try again: It is 100 km one way on a motorbike, so I prefer to do this online, it was possible when I asked, so what to do. The answer: I not like to work on computer and open that program, but I will do for you. I thanked her very much and 30 minutes later: Approved. Sometime I love the logic in Thailand.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully completed their first online 90-day report but faced challenges due to pending status. After contacting the Immigration Office in Khon Kaen, they were advised to visit in person, despite having completed the online process. Other comments highlighted common issues with Thai government online tools, the necessity of a 90-day report for retirement visas, and alternative methods for submission, such as using registered post.

Don't worry. My Thai wife deals frequently with different government agencies and their online tools. They normally either dont work or ard offline or "oh that browser doesnt work' or something else. Or it sits "In process" until she finally calls and then they tell her to come into their office.

Here's the link. Remember for the 90 day online program to work you have had to done at least one 90 day report in person you need to be applying from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual due date AND you need to live in an area where the immigration office is participating in the program

Thai technophobe, I encounter them daily. If it's anything other than Line, FB, Whatsapp or Tinder they're out of their depth. Kudos for your persistence & perseverance.

Registered Post is the very best way every time. I never used online 90 day reporting. The couple of times I’ve tried it’s been down. In otherwords they have switched it off🙄😂they don’t like them pesky computers. Registered Post you have proof you’ve sent it you have proof they have received it and have proof they have sent it back. You can send it a little early. It’s wonderful. No BS or bureaucracy or I’m Mr important to deal with just a couple of envelopes postage payment and one form. And a photo copies of passport and your TM 6 arrival card And a walk to the post office. Job Done NuffSed

of course doing it by post will only work IF your immigration office accepts 90 day reports by mail. they all don't :/

make sure you go to the print option and select "next appointment" That's the receipt you keep in your passport with your next 90 day report due date on it ;)

After all the trouble to make do this online, the cartridge of the printer is empty. So I hope I can find a shop nearby.
