NO, you forget the first step to convert your stay into a Non Immigrant O visa based on being married with a Thai National and this conversion will give you a 90 days stay.
The conversion does not need seasoned money in the bank, the application for the Extension of Stay after 60 days of getting this visa needs minimum 2 months.
You can only get 1 Extension of Stay based on tourism, but you still can apply for an Extension of Stay based on visiting family if you have Thai family, or based on unable to travel due to Covid.
Not sure what kind of effect you think of, but it is a normal procedure to apply for the 30 day Extension of Stay based on tourism or even the 60 day Extension of Stay based on visiting family to get time enough for the 2 months seasoning of the banked money.
It is totally on you on how you present your story and you are free to share details, this topic is now closed but please send me a PM if you want to add valued information. If not, I wish your friend good luck in obtaining a new visa.
Talk to her employer and get the documents to apply abroad for the Non Immigrant B visa, return with that visa into Thailand, get the work permit and after all this is done start working again.
It is not allowed to work with a 30 day Visa Exempt Scheme inside Thailand.
