I guess you try to apply using the On line website:

And in there, just before the end you need to upload a health insurance as part of the requirements to apply for the Non Immigrant O visa based on being married with a Thai National.

I guess you can try out as there is no covid insurance needed but a general health insurance.

Price is 1.000 Thb for Single Re-Entry Permit and 3.800 Thb for multiple entry permit.

There was a 200 Thb service charge for making pictures and copies in BKK.
