Giorgos Lainopoulos asked in PM
Try again: I want an Extension of Stay from Immigration.
I have a warning about back to back Non Immigrant B visa and my lawyer tells me I can not have an Extension of Stay and send me to Thai Consulate for 90 day visa?
30 days before your Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport you visit the immigration office on Koh Samui and ask the hand out with requirements of the 1 year Extension of Stay.
But seeing you do not employ enough Thai staff, only 2 against 5 Foreigners you will not get this Extension of Stay. The only option is to leave the country every 90 days and apply for a new Non Immigrant B visa as long as possible, as you told me, you already have a warning that back to back visa is not the way to stay inside Thailand.
Alternative is talk to your lawyer and set up your company according the rules of Thailand and immigration.
