Try again: I want an Extension of Stay from Immigration.

I have a warning about back to back Non Immigrant B visa and my lawyer tells me I can not have an Extension of Stay and send me to Thai Consulate for 90 day visa?

30 days before your Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport you visit the immigration office on Koh Samui and ask the hand out with requirements of the 1 year Extension of Stay.

But seeing you do not employ enough Thai staff, only 2 against 5 Foreigners you will not get this Extension of Stay. The only option is to leave the country every 90 days and apply for a new Non Immigrant B visa as long as possible, as you told me, you already have a warning that back to back visa is not the way to stay inside Thailand.

Alternative is talk to your lawyer and set up your company according the rules of Thailand and immigration.

This is a list of Bangkok Immigration, but every office has their own specific demands, that is why I advised you to pay them a visit and get the hand out with requirements, but just to get an idea

i can tell you, you do not get an Extension of Stay by just showing a Work Permit, the staff of the consulate in Greece does not know anything about the rules of Immigration.

But in official immigrant websites the information it’s different, first step non b 90 days ...after when you take the work permit in this 90 days ...you need to goin immigration office and ask about extension ... 3 month before in Greece when we goin for visa ,tell us when you take blue book ( work permits) all what you need it’s goin immigration office for extension and not Malaysia or Africa ...

Depends on Nationality and the company, but as for as i know it is 4 Thai people against 1 European for Work Permit and Extension of Stay in your situation. Next to this you need tax payments and SSO payments of all 5 of you, your minimum salary as European, company documents and lots more.
