What kind of stay is stamped in your passport?

Did you enter Thailand and got 90 days of stay based on buying a Non Immigrant B visa before you made your way into Thailand?

Is this a conversion made by the local Immigration Office and you got 90 days of Stay?

Please do not comment about lawyers/accountants.

You can send a picture without personal details by PM

That is the same, you can apply for the Extension of Stay based on unable to travel but have a plan B ready to go abroad, apply for a new Non Immigrant O visa and later the Extension of Stay.

If you are on an Extension of Stay, be aware that now the Work Permit is expired you need to cancel this Extension of Stay because you are not longer working in Thailand.

No, there is no way to predict how lenient a random officer can be.

If the branches are connected it will be mentioned in your work permit that you are able to work at all these branches.

NO, you can only work for the company mentioned in the work permit and in the areas mentioned in de description of labor.

NO, with a expired work permit you are not allowed to work and have to apply for a new year but depending on leniency of the Ministry Of Labor where this work permit is issued.

Many offices now allow people to apply during the last 45 days of their stay for a new Extension of Stay based on being over 50 years of age, the old regulation was during the last 30 days.

In you case if your current Extension runs out of Dec 27 you can apply starting 28 Nov for sure and maybe as early as 13 Nov.

Why would you not extend your marriage visa now? What if the Extension of Stay based on being unable to travel due to Covid (landborders are open) get denied?

What do you mean with a marriage visa?

Is that the Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to a Thai National OR the Extension of Stay based on being married to a Thai National?

Some Immigration Offices only allow once the 60 day family visit during the complete period after getting the original visa,

Others

give you a new 60 day Extension of Stay on each entry.

Visit your Immigration Office and ask if you can apply for this depending on your history
