Is it necessary to search for my TM30 submission in the app after using it for the first time?

Just for information/comment, I used the app to post my TM30 this morning, having arrived back in Thailand  yesterday,  and left the field asking for the TM6 number blank, filling in date and arrival port.

The app took my data, no problem and searching, in the app, I found my posting, so I assume all is OK.

I haven't searched on the intranet, is this necessary or recommended?

I'll be returning back to my serviced apartment in Chiang Mai next month on a tourist visa. Can anyone complete the TM30 online? Can I?

I thought the online system was for hotels and property owners to report their guests?

Historically, I have always done in at the IO myself in person, so I know it's been done.

You cannot use TM30/Sectio 38 online system by yourself if you are just a tenant. Yes, the account is address-specific, not the person, and usually, you need documents related to the facility to register an account. You talk to your serviced apartment management office about That.

I thought as much. Thanks Ellie, I will talk to them. The last time I arrived last May 2021 there was an issue with the system for them to register me.

As Robert said, go back into the application, search for the TM30 data you entered and then take a screen grab of it. That's your "receipt" and you should print it out as well.

Glad it worked, the TM6 number was never a mandatory field on the TM30 either for the mobile or the website

The app is just date entry, no extra search needed, that is why the print screen is allowed to use as proof of registration.
