To the Germans who applied for DTV in Germany:

I want to apply for the DTV soft power but I am confused as to where to apply. Did you apply at www.thaievisa.go.th/ or at the Thai Embassy in Germany websites? This might be a stupid question but as it says you have to apply in the countrie's Thai embassy where you are at I am confused and wanted to check with the ones who already did apply and got approved. Thanks in advance :)

When applied for the marriage visa at Hua hin and shown all documentation and received non o 90 days, when go back after 90 days do they re check all paperwork and bank balance or just stamp the yearly one in.

I am trying to change my tourist visa to a non-o retirement visa.. I live in Nonthaburi but was going to try Bangkok, has anyone done this? I will be a walk-in appointment since there are no appointment’s available online.

How long was the wait to see immigration officer in Bangkok?

Hello everyone, yesterday I got a notification from Bangkok Bank so that I have to visit the Branch within 30 days where I opened my account. My account is locked and I can't do any payments or transfers .

The problem is I am not in that city anymore. I went to a Bangkok Bank branch where I am staying now and they said there is no way and I should go there.

I don't want to comment on the stupidity of this rule but I want to ask you all if you had this issue and what did you do? Is there a way to avoid going to the city where my branch is?

Just heard a rumour that Hua Hin Immigration Services are not accepting bank accounts for Retirement Visa 800,000 baht from Bangkok Bank because they are under investigation. Any truth to this?

DTV issued yesterday in Philippines.

Landed today DMK.

Didn’t check my tdac.

Zero questions. Stamp for 6 months.

I had my visa printed out and gave it with my passport and the agent set it to the side and then grabbed it later.

Can anyone recommend a reliable and legally registered agency in Chiang Mai that can help with obtaining the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa)?

I’d prefer to go through an experienced agency with good reviews to make sure the process is smooth.
