I got trapped in Sweden to waiting for my new passport so my O-visa will expire.
Does this mean I have to start from a 3 month O-marrige visa and after 90 days change it back to my 1year visa?
Thanks for help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are abroad and your O marriage visa expires, you will need to start over with a new single entry Non-O visa based on marriage. After re-entering Thailand, you can apply for an extension of stay; however, you will not be able to work until your application for the Non-O marriage visa is approved. It is advisable to check with the Royal Thai embassy or consulate for the best options based on your situation.

Get the first single entry Non-O visa during you are staying there at the Royal Thai embassy/consulate if possible. You can surely apply for Non-O based on marriage to a Thai inside Thailand once you enter on Visa-exempt or tourist visa, but you can not officially work (even with a valid workpermit) until your application is approved and you are stamped on Non-O marriage to a Thai (which takes 15 days at least if you apply in Thailand).
Yes, if the Extension of Stay expires while you are abroad, you have to start from the beginning with a new Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage and later for a new Extension of Stay.
