I guess you have the 1 year stamp from Immigration which is an Extension of Stay and not a visa.

But yes, the reason why you got the stamp does not matter to report your 90 days stay inside the Kingdom.

To use the on-line or app registration, the address needs to be registered by the land or house owner.

Speak with them if you can have the password and log in code to register yourself.

The METV still works the same, it is valid for 6 months and on each entry you get 60 days of stay, which can be extended once with another 30 days based on tourism. Then you leave Thailand and come back for another period.

Land borders are still closed, so you leave and come back using air traffic and meet all the entry requirements of both countries due to Covid pandemic.

"A filled out STM2 (acknowledgement that you understand the rules for overstaying)"

STM2 and form for understanding overstay rules are two different forms

You only can apply for 1 Extension of Stay at the time.

Tomorrow you go for your 30 days and use the TM7 APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY STAY IN THE KINGDOM.

YES. But be aware that the Thai Immigration Office devide the balance of the account by the amount of account holders.

If two persons like you describe, the minimum amount must be 1.600.000 Thb, as 50% for you and 50% for the missus.

In your case; You moved from a to b, so you inform IO B within 24 hours of your new address, not after 90 days.

If you move to another province you register at the IO in that province within 24 hours after arrival
