Online TM30 via website - not house owner (renter)

Hi, my wife and I stay in a house that we rent. I was wondering if it's possible to self-report TM30 online or if we have to go to immigration since my wife is not the owner of the house?

Is there a guide somewhere on how Thai national who is not the owner of the home can register on the TM30 website?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 registration for foreigners in Thailand typically requires the property owner to register. If you are renting, you should check with your landlord to see if they can provide you with the necessary credentials to register online. There isn't a specific guide available for renters regarding registering on the TM30 website.

To use the on-line or app registration, the address needs to be registered by the land or house owner.

Speak with them if you can have the password and log in code to register yourself.
