I just changed over from ext of stay employment filed in IO A which is province next to Bkk (workplace is in province A) to ext of stay retirement have been filed 2 days ago in CW Bkk due to my home address on TM30 is under Bkk per IO advise.

My last 90days was done in IO A and is due in May.

After changing ext of stay type and changing IO at the same time 2 days ago....all this while I filed my 90d at IO A since that was where my ext of stay was at.

-The next 90d is still due in May? Since CW did not changed anything on my current 90d form.

- the next 90d is to be filed in Bkk IO MT together with an address change to Bkk form and/or TM30? Or do I have to file in now?

- if I were to move to another province B before my 90d is due in May, do I submit address chg form and TM30 to IO B then everything will move over to IO B? Then what happens to my 90d reporting?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user transitioned from an employment extension of stay (IO A) to a retirement extension (CW Bkk) and is seeking clarification on their 90-day reporting obligations due in May. They are unsure if they need to file their next report in Bangkok and how to manage address changes if moving provinces before the reporting deadline. Community responses advise that the user should inform the local immigration office of address changes within 24 hours, and their due 90-day reporting date remains unchanged unless specified otherwise by the immigration office.

You already submit TM30 and extension at CW, your current Immigration office is Chaengwattana.

If you didn't receive a small paper saying the date of your 90days receipt that CW usually issue when the next 90days report due was changed within the process, your next due days still stays the same.

No CW did not give me another 90d reporting paper, they said this is done in MT. So the current 90d paper I have is still valid and before this date I am to report to MT? If I move to province B before this date then I have to file address change form and new TM30 at IO B, correct? Do I need to goto MT to check and confirm with them?

Your understanding is right. Submit 90days report at MTT when your current due date comes.

If you moved to another location, submit TM30 (and possibly TM28 as well depends on the immigration office in the destination provide) immediately, then you do 90days report there on that due date.

In your case; You moved from a to b, so you inform IO B within 24 hours of your new address, not after 90 days.

If you move to another province you register at the IO in that province within 24 hours after arrival

You, the landlord, house or land owner informs the Immigration Office within 24 hours of your new address.
