As you are leaving on day 90, you do not have to report that you are the 90 days in Thailand.

On the other hand, with the new website it takes a few minutes.

And yes, on return in Thailand you start counting again with day of arriva as day 1.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as renew. You can not wipe out the dates and use a pen to add new dates.

Each and every year you apply for a NEW Extension of Stay and you must each and every year meet all the requirements. And each and every year Immigration will put a NEW stamp in the passport.

I would say ask the company to write a lease contract or a letter stating that you are allowed to live in this company property without lease or rent.

But i guess you registerd your address at immigration and for that you also needed proof of ownership.

With the Non Immigrant B visa you get 90 days of stay when you enter Thailand, you can fill in 90 days or longer as it is normal that a company will support you to apply for an Extension of Stay based on employment.

I guess it it clear, If you apply for a visa you meet the requirements. Even when this is an on -line application.

Thanks for all the contributions, but there is a huge difference between application on-line even before you jump into an airplane and after a long flight walk to the Immigration desk on the airport in Thailand.

It is cash when you entry the country and being asked by Immigration on the airport.

it is bank statements when you apply for a visa at a Thai Embassy or on-line

You should talk with your employer and the Immigration Office if a Visa Exempt Entry can be converted into a Non Immigrant B visa.

Easier is to apply for the Non Immigrant B visa while you are abroad as the requirements of a Thai Embassy are less than conversion at Immigration.

a copy of a bank statement will do, if the balance at least equals the 20.000 Thb.

Intrusive or not, it seems that tourist need to have some money to enjoy a good time in Thailand.
