1. I am looking at heading to Chiang Mai/ Thailand for 3 months in a month and wanting to apply for a Digital Nomad Visa. I'd love some tips on where to apply and get approval within the next month please?
1. Also, can you get a Digital Nomad Visa with a Multiple Entry option?
I normally get a non-immigrant 90-day visa from the embassy Will I still have to fill out the digital cards for the details as my visa will have that already ⁉️
I’m applying for the DTV, but my passport (to be stamped, if visa is approved) expires in one year. How does that work, do you just get a new stamp in one of your quarterly visits to immigration? Thanks.
I have a DTV visa. When I applied I had 500,000 Baht in my personal account. Now I have a company in Hong Kong and I keep the money there. Will the company's bank statement be accepted for visa extension?
Arrived in January and planning on doing a 90 day report next month and wondering if I go there early enough could I also get a 180 day DTV extension? Are they even done at the same place? Hopefully its all within the same area where you get tourist visa extensions.
My wife was a teacher here in the past, but had to leave her job due to a health issue a few months ago. She has been on a medical visa for these few months, but, her health all mended, her visa expires 1 April.
She has been here on her US passport, but she also has a Brazilian passport.
I am retired here on a non-O.
My question is this: what are her alternatives for staying here until she can land in a new teaching position? When we first arrived here many years ago she was my trailing spouse, then later a student, then later on a work visa. Alternatives I see are leaving and then returning as a tourist, or bringing her back under my visa.
I am actually in Phuket and about to apply for DTV soft muay thai in Jakarta. Please can you clarify how does it work, do i need to fill up on the official website once i am in Jakarta or i can do it right now? Once i filled up the form, how long does it takes to get appointment in Jakarta thai embassy? i presume who need to be there to fill up the form also physically?or i can go at thai embassy by myself without any appointment?
