Hi guys wondering if anyone you have a copy of a formal letter of invitation to Thailand that I could copy or know where i could download load it from ? I was using an informal one for my last 3 entry visa which was accepted but not they want a formal invitation letter 🤕 so any help would be greatly appreciated . And yes I have to apply for each entry visa now
I just concluded a contract with a Thai company and canceled my Non-B visa and work permit today with permission to stay until March 19th. The company staff told me that I can change the visa and extend to Non-O based on marriage.
1. Is that true?
2. Do I do this at CW or Chamchuri Square (where the Non-B was issued)?
3. Can I just get a short extension as I have a business trip in April and can then just come back in and do the normal extension process based on marriage?
Did anyone who changed from Non B to DTV got their bank account closed by the bank?
The bank ask me to "update my info" on where am I tax resident and submit some docs, but I don't know if they see that I am DTV they will automatically close my account?
Quick question. I was last stamped into Thailand on Visa Exempt on December 4th. I have just had that stamp converted in NON-B which wxpires on May 25th. I'm wondering if I am required to do a 90 day report now? Thanks
Hi. I have a questions about Work permit and non b visa based on it. My work permit (from my own company) expires few months earlier than the visa. I don’t plan to extend it (switching to DTV visa). I want to know if my visa will be valid till the day it’s says in the passport or as my WP expires it will also “expire”. I have a very controversial info, would love to know if someone experienced this before or where to ask to know for sure. Thank you🙏🏻
I used to have a Non-B from the late 2023 to early 2024 and the visa stamp shows it is valid until July 2024. In May 2024, I left the company and the company cancelled the visa and work permit. Before the visa is expired in July, I come out of Thailand for a while and come back again with 60-day visa exemption.
Now I plan to apply for DTV. Just wondering if that Non-B stamp could make DTV application failed? Shall I apply for a new passport before applying for DTV?
