Hello! I recently received my dtv visa at the thai embassy in Jakarta. I would like my wife and son to have their DTVs as well as dependents, Is it possible to apply at an embassy other than the one of Jakarta for them?

was denied Dtv (new york); i guess owning and renting out and managing real estate isnโ€™t considered remote work as a โ€œdigital nomad.โ€ even though everything is done from my phone and internetโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ they replied that they can offer a multiple entry tourist visa. should i go for that, and can i re-apply after 6 months for another 6 months and keep repeating? or should i apply for soft power thru a MT fighting class? anyone have any opinions or suggestions? thanks

Good evening :)

On a multi-entry tourist visa and about to hit 60 days in the kingdom. Plan to do a border bounce down at Satun to get the next 60 days. I'm curious if I should expect an additional fee at the border for going in and out in one day. I was told by others that they were charged, but they were bouncing on a visa exempt, so I wasn't sure if it would apply to METV or not.

If there is a fee, is it unique to Satun? Would bouncing at Sadao make any difference? Thanks.

Hi everyone! I have a final question. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Thanks to the support from this group, I was able to submit my DTV application myself. Thank You all.

I applied for a DTV visa at the embassy today. The front officer said my application was okay, but my wife didnโ€™t get a DTV visa. Instead, they issued her a Non-O visa.

I raised a complaint and requested that both of us be granted DTV visas. The officer mentioned that the consulate would decide within two working days whether to approve my wifeโ€™s DTV visa or confirm the Non-O visa.

If they only issue her a Non-O visa, what should I do next? Itโ€™s okay?

On a 60 visa exemption but applied for a Non O visa in Thailand. Will the new 90 day visa get added to my current 60 days or will I loose the remaining days on my 60 days.

Also Iโ€™ve been told to return to CW after 14 days to collect my stamp. Do I need to make an appointment or just show up and ask at the desk?

Hello, I used my last possible entry from my

โ€žnon-o multiple entry visaโ€œ in September. (visa expired)

Is it possible to extend this last entry for 30 days like a tourist visa?

Thank you. Looking forward hearing from you.

Does it make a difference during the contact with a immigration officer if we are on a tourist visa vs exempt stamp ?
