TLDR : Answer Summary
The upcoming Digital Nomad Visa, launching on September 22, has specific requirements for applicants. Employers must be either publicly traded or private companies with over $150 million in annual sales. Discussion among community members points out the relevance of the Non Immigrant B visa and highlights tax obligations for digital nomads working legally in Thailand.

And before the discussion start about the requirements and the income of Digital Nomads, there is a Digital Nomad Visa official called the Non Immigrant B visa.

But be aware people do need to pay tax if they work legit in Thailand.

Good luck and thanks for the information.
