I guess your husband has at the moment a big stamp from Immigration with the text Extension of Stay permitted up to 23 Apr 2023.

Visit the Immigration Office with his and your passport and ask the requirements to apply for the Extension of Stay as dependent of your husband.

As far as I know his work permit is not needed.

This should be in the passport when you got your 1 year Extension of Stay.
