You can make a print screen, there is no confirmation that you registered into the system.

You can not use this print screen as a certificate of residence.

Don't overthink, you get a visa issued by e-mail with the information that you are not in the country mentioned in your passport with stamps.

But filling in other information then asked is only a problem if people check your passport. My advice is be honest. Good luck.

You are a seen as a permanent residence when you can provide a granted residence for over 6 months or else you use your current location.

well you did see the transfer in Nov last year was wrong, you should have take action to correct it, not wait 6 months.

The rule is crystal clear. a minimum of 12 months foreign deposits into a Thai Bank account on your name of minimum 65.000 Thb.

That you have more than the minimum is good, but does not get you of the hook for having 11 months. BUT you can go to your local Immigration office and ask the officer if he accept this one time mistake.

Advice for next time, always check the dates when the passport is handed back to you before you move away.
