What are the steps to get a 30-day visa extension in Bangkok for visa-exempt arrivals?

This post is for (1) anyone who is looking to get 1x 30days extension, (2) arrived by visa exemption and (3) is in bangkok.

P.S. Really grateful for receiving help from this group so I just wish to give back by helping anyone who might need it. Information provided is from my experience, dated 06 May 2022. Then again, it may change any time so DYOR.

To get the 30 days extension, follow these steps below:

Bookings & Preparation

i) Make a booking on their website and select IT Square Laksi Plaza, 3rd floor here: [[members only])

ii) Prepare these physical items:

1 x Your physical passport

2 x passport photo (4cm by 6cm, portrait) *More is better*

1 x A copy of your booking confirmation (in your email)

1 x TM6 card (I wasn't asked for this but bring it, just in case)

2 x TM7 (2 copies in case you make a mistake on the 1st)

1 x photocopy of passport (face & detail page)

1 x photocopy of arrival stamp (photocopy of the entire page)

& cash 1900THB

Day of extending your visa

iii) Go to IT Square Laksi Plaza and look for counter K on the 3rd floor.

ii) Present these items:

1x Passport

1x Passport photo

1x TM7 (filled)

1x photocopy of passport (face & detail page) Sign it too

1x photocopy of passport (arrival stamp page) Sign it too

iv) follow through the whole process, be kind.

Some suggestions:

a) great to have extra copies of the items above in (ii)

b) fill up your TM7 before coming

c) be there 30-45mins earlier than your booked slot (in the event of bad traffic or unforeseen circumstances)

d) Choose time slots past noon as there's less crowd but you must have a booked time slot to proceed with the process. I went at 3pm. Everything was done in 30 mins.

Other things to note:

*TM30 - my gf did this online but I wasn't requested to present any documents of it.

*Being late - I was late the day before and was denied entry. To avoid disappointment, be early - like 30-45mins early.

*Printing services are available on-site.
