What documents does he require for immi to extend.

I’m applying for a tourist visa with multiple re entries, it’s 60 days but I can re enter again to extend it, I plan to stay 90 days and have my flights booked should I say on my visa application I intend to stay for 90 days or 60 days and just book a flight to Laos as proof I’m leaving? Or just show them my flight back to Dublin which is 89 days later?

I’m under 50 and planning to stay in Thailand long-term. I hold dual citizenship and have entered using different passports—once on one, then twice more on the other for visa runs. During my most recent (third) entry using the same passport, immigration questioned me about my previous 58-day stay and discovered I’m a dual citizen. Fortunately, I had an outbound ticket and was allowed to enter.

However, I’m now concerned about what might happen the next time I return, and I’m looking for a legal, long-term visa option. Ideally, I’d like something cost-effective, as I don’t want to spend a lot just to maintain a visa.

A friend of mine was turned back at BKK. He had gone in and out too many times. He is back in Canada now. Other than going through the Embassy, paying his fees and getting rejected, how can he tell if he would be able to apply for a VISA now?

Regarding someone coming to Thailand with visa exempt + extension, then border run to reset, what is the general consensus as far as how many times is pretty safe to do? Are two border runs totaling 90 x 3 = 270 days doable? I am planning on getting non-O retirement visa for myself. I want my wife to come but we might not have 1.6 mill tbht cash to deposit right away, so I am thinking I get non-O and she just comes with tourist visa. TIA.

Hello!! I’m a semi-retired Canadian high school teacher with a TEFL certificate heading to Hua Hin in August. I would like to do some teaching with Thai students. Should I just go on a tourist visa and apply for a work visa, if I’m offered a job? Or do I need to have a work visa just to apply for a job? What's the best way to stay for 3 months visa way ? Or am I better to just go full ahead and Get DTV , I'm not bothered with saving money , just want to be legal for possible eventual permanent stay if I like it, I went 3 months before but did Cambodia border run and also pay at airport also
