NO, you should tell them if you want to keep pages free of stamps. Immigration is allowed to use pages in a passport to give you a stay in the country.

Conversion to a visa, you came without a visa.

You apply for the Extension of Stay based on the same reason as the visa is issued,

There is no option to apply for the 60 days due to unable to travel.

In Chang Mai you can go during the last 45 days of your stay. So any working day between today and 28 March.

30 - 60 days to get a new passport

15 - 21 days to apply for a conversion.

I think you waited to long to get it all done on time, but you might try to apply for the 60 days Extension of Stay based on visiting family and hope a new passport comes back on time to apply for a conversion.

Okay, you are allowed to stay inside Thailand until 14 March 2022, you need to apply for an Extension of Stay before closing time of Immigration on 14 March 2022.

To make it more easy and relaxed and be sure you have extra time in case you missed to copy a document, you can go during the last 30 days of your stay, in your case between 15 Feb and 14 March to apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay without losing any days.
