OP says CW, so he can apply anytime now until 14 March because CW allows you to apply for a new extension when you have 45days or less with your current valid stamp.

Okay, you are allowed to stay inside Thailand until 14 March 2022, you need to apply for an Extension of Stay before closing time of Immigration on 14 March 2022.

To make it more easy and relaxed and be sure you have extra time in case you missed to copy a document, you can go during the last 30 days of your stay, in your case between 15 Feb and 14 March to apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay without losing any days.
