The Non Immigrant O-A visa is valid for one year.

If you leave Thailand and come back into Thailand just before the Enter before/Valid until date of the visa you get a new 1 year of stay OR until the validity date of your health insurance.

You can not change into another Non Immigrant visa inside Thailand.

You may apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay if you can meet the requirements at your local Immigration Office.

a New Non Immigrant O-A visa can only be obtained in the US as you have residency there.

Sorry, but I close this down.

There are NO new requirements to apply for a Non Immigrant B visa and even in Covid times there was never a rule that re-entry permits are no longer needed or even issued.

Please keep topic on subject to avoid they getting closed.

IF you already applied for and got issued the Non Immigrant O visa, you can fly out to any country and come back and use that visa to enter Thailand.

You can not get twice a 30 day Extension of Stay based on tourism, those are only issued once per entry.

Look at the stamp, I guess it mention something like:

Under Consideration, the applicant has to report back at this Immigration Office at xx/xx/xx

Thanks for letting us know you got a 30 day Extension of Stay based on being unable to travel. What kind of permit to stay you had to be inside Thailand and how many times did you already applied for Extensions of Stay?

a Lot of questions about what will happen in August.

Best is to take this list with you and ask the officer who handles your application.

If you get an under consideration period, you have to be back on mentioned date in the stamp.

Yes, to keep your Extension of Stay alive during a visit abroad, you need a re-entry permit. Leaving by air or land does not matter.

There is no need your husband has to be with you, BUT you need several copies of his documents.

Don't worry, all those extensions and the rest of you history of being and living in Thailand are all in the database. You tell nothing new and hiding by uploading a blanco page does not work
