I'm an Australian citizen. Passport originally issued in Adelaide but recently renewed in Aust Embassy in Bangkok. I've always filled in this form with Adelaide, Australia without issues.

@Raven ***
your "status"" would have no bearing on the passport you need in order to apply for a valid visa??

James Miller I was in a position two years ago to use the FE 60 days. It was made clear that no further extensions for FE reason allowed under my current visa, irrespective of how many extensions of stay or trips out of Thailand and then back in.

@James *******
I'm not sure if that is accurate. As I understand, it's only 1 X family extension allowed per VISA, no matter how many extensions of stay. So as he has already used it up during the original 90 day initial non O, he wouldn't have any family extensions available to use.

If you are already on an extension of stay, then you can travel outside of the country during the "under consideration" period, PROVIDED the original expiry date of the current extension of stay remains valid and you re-enter the country (with re-entry permit) before the extension expiry date passes.

now thats overkill asking for both hahahaha.....when I was in Nonthaburi they required a hand-drawn map, since 2021 in Hua Hin a print out from Google Maps suffices

@Karl *****
exactly as I said? Just depends on the office - the OP will need to check with the relevant IO before submitting documents.

It's a map from the immigration office to your house. Usually they require a hand-drawn map, but some offices will accept a printed map Google Maps.
