DTV or Thai Elite? Still debating whether I should spend the extra money and go with the Elite to avoid all the hassle

Im really sorry to ask what might be very basic questions but last time i applied for a tourist visa was years back when it was a simple form and send in your passport to the embassy!

I live in Thailand but currently in UK and need to get a tourist visa to come back and then change to a retirement visa. I had a Thai Elite previous

I am trying to apply for a 3month tourist visa using evisa service online and its asking me to up load a huge amount of info for a tourist visa?

1. I cant upload a return ticket as i have already done one leg BKK-LON, will just the return leg be ok?

1. Do i need to provide all of this info?

5 . Proof of accommodation in Thailand, e.g. Accommodation bookings, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand

6 . Financial evidence, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, sponsorship letter

7 . Confirmation of legal residence in a country in which you are applying for the visa. (In case that you are not a national of the country in which you are applying for the visa.)

8 . A confirmation letter from employer, School, Self-assessment, Pension statement

9 . Identity of the person inviting you to stay e.g. Thai ID card, Passport

10 . Applicant is required to upload his/her passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip.

11 . Applicant must apply for e-Visa via specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency. Applicant is required to upload document that can verify his/her current residency.

this seems an insane amount of info to send in just for a 3 month tourist visa?

please can someone advise do i have to get all of this?

Hallo, I hope, you can help me. I have an non-imm O-A multiple visa for one year. I got this in Germany. This visa ending 7.January 2022. I have an insurance for 2 years from Germany, the name is travel health insurance, Allianz Travel. I have not and will not have my money in an Thailand Bank account. Which kind of visa can I get after ending my visa, or is it possible to extension this kind of visa. Maby I need this for one year or shorter, it's depends from the travel situation in Asia. Thank you for your answer.
