In advace means you can go up to three weeks before your last day and cancel it on the last day to give you some extra time to arrange travel.

You can talk with your employer and make sure that you have some extra days spare

apply for a new Extension of Stay, you get if you meet the requirements or it get NOT approved and 7 days to leave the country.

Okay, so you went to Immigration and got a new stamp with the text Extension of Stay permitted up to 31 Oct 2022.

This stay has to be cancelled on the last day working, you can do in advance to have to time to arrange travel abroad or to apply for a new Extension of Stay if you can meet any of the requirments.

And there is no one year teaching visa available for Thailand.

I guess you came using a Non Immigrant B visa and got 90 days of stay at entry. Please make a picture of your currect stay without personal details to get advice on how to do next.

You can apply but have a plan B ready.

Just calculation: Entered Nov 21, 30 days makes 20 Dec then possible 30 days Extension of Stay makes 20 Jan.

The person is already in overstay and has to rely on leniency of the Immigration Officer.

There is no confirmation to give, people entered on a 30 day visa exempt entry or a 60 day tourist visa have to apply first for the usual 30 day Extension of Stay based on tourism.

IF they are unable to travel at the end of that period they can apply for the Extension of Stay based on unable to travel but also this is a courtesy program of the Immigration Office and the officer decide.

As mentioned, Employment Prohibited so not allowed to use in an application for a work permit.

For the Non Immigrant O, NO -A added, there is no police check and medical certificate and 1 year health insurance needed.

The application fee for a 1 year Extension of Stay in Thailand is 1.900 Thb.
