That all depends on where you are inside Thailand. Not every Immigration Offices is allowed to perform a conversion from a visa exempt entry into a Non Immigrant O visa.

Best is to directly contact your local Immigration Office, is needed anyway to register your address, and ask for the hand out of requirements if they can do this conversion.

Leave on the 18th or visit Immigration and apply for an Extension of Stay if he is legit for any extension.

bank letter if used banked money 400.000 Thb OR Income Affidavit from Embassy OR 3 months paying tax/sso in Thailand when work in Thailand OR if embassy do not provide the affidavit 12 months prior application each and every month a deposit of minimum 40.000 thb into a Thai bank account on your name with bank letter

The stamp that an application is denied has not affect on future travel to Thailand.

You need an insurance to use the visa and all extensions after based on this visa during the complete period.

You can apply, worst case scenario is that the application get not approved and you get 7 days to pack your bags and leave the country

The blue date in the stamps looks like me 18 Oct 2022 but I can be wrong, you need to leave on the blue date in the stamp before 23:59 that day.

There is no 1 month Extension of Stay possible on a Non O visa, it is 1 year or depending on reason of visa a 60 day to visit family
