My 90 day single entry Non-Im-O based on marriage visa expires on July 30th. (I could not get multiple entry in Singapore due to covid 19 restrictions) When I entered through BKK airport the nice immigration lady said I would be able to extend the visa another 90 days. Now the immigration in Pattaya say cannot extend. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding the extension of a 90-day Non-Immigrant O based on marriage visa, which expires on July 30th. Initially, they were informed by an immigration officer that a 90-day extension was possible. However, upon visiting immigration in Pattaya, they were told an extension was not available. A comment clarifies that there is no 90-day extension for this visa type; the options include a 60-day extension for family visits or a 1-year extension if the proper requirements are fulfilled.

Lady at Immigration is correct, there is no 90 days Extension of Stay, you can only apply for the 60 day Extension of Stay based on visiting family or the 1 year Extension of Stay by meeting the requirements.
