If you used banked money for the Extension of Stay based on marriage with a Thai National it is:

a minimum of 400.000 Thb for 2 months prior application date on a Thai bank account on your name.

Affidavit from your embassy or if they do not give one:

monthly a minimum of 40.000 Thb as foreign deposit into a Thai bank account on your name for at least 12 months prior application.

If your new employer and BOI agree with that plan and have all documents ready, yes you can.

You can not change the reason of an issued and used visa.

You can change the reason of the Extension of Stay.

You have to discuss with your new employer if they can meet the requirements and with the BOI how to cancel your current Extension of Stay (if you already have one) into the new Extension of Stay based on your new employer.

NO, theonly way to extend a Non Immigrant ED visa is with documents of your supporting Education center.

quarantine is 10 days, so you have time to leave before 20 Feb.

If you have a Non Immigrant visa, you can apply for the extension of stay based on the same reason as the visa.

If you can not travel, you have to apply before your last day of the current Admitted until or permitted up to date mentioned in your passport.

IF you are in quarantine, the medical facility offers help and a letter to bring to the Immigration office to apply for an Extension.

If you do nothing and just go into overstay, the penalty is 500 thb a day with a maximum of 20.000 Thb, depending on length of overstay black listed to re-enter Thailand.

If you get caught with overstay, another can of worms will open up.

Problem is that most Embassy do not provide a letter that people are unable to travel. Just visit your local Immigration Office but have a plan B ready.

You can apply at your local Immigration Office.

I guess you ask about the 60 day Extension of Stay based on being unable to travel.

You visit in Bangkok the Muang Thang Thani Immigration office, with copies of passport and address registration and apply. Advice is to have a plan B.
